Greenville-based Golden Career Strategies (GCS) has added The Leadership Challenge LPI® 360 to the firm’s list of services. An observer-based assessment that enables leaders to assess their leadership competencies and act on their discoveries, the LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory® — one of the world’s most widely used leadership assessments — provides feedback that can be used to adapt and strengthen leadership behaviors.

According to Golden Career Strategies Owner and President Stacey Bevill, the LPI 360 assessment provides a powerful combination of insight and confidence to elevate the leaders within an organization. GCS offers LPI 360 leadership assessments, workshops, and individual and team coaching.

“Golden Career Strategies helps organizations take their leaders to the next level. Leadership is about behavior – an observable set of skills and abilities. The purpose behind LPI 360 is to help leaders operate at their personal best and, subsequently, bring out the best in their people, thus improving the entire organization,” said Bevill. “Adding this assessment complements the wide variety of GCS assessments already offered, such as the Harrison Assessment, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the Focus Energy Balance Indicator (FEBI).”

More about The Leadership Challenge LPI 360 – The LPI 360 measures “The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership,” the acclaimed leadership development model created by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. According to The Leadership Challenge website, “By promoting leadership skills that help Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart, organizations will have the skills needed to navigate anything that comes in 2024.” With more than 30 behaviors measured, this rigorous assessment is backed by 35+ years of academic research, making it the gold standard for leadership development and trusted by over five million leaders worldwide.
