North St. in Greenville to McKayle Holdings Inc. He also represented the same landlord in the lease of Suite 201 to Ruben D. Morillo Correa and Karen L. Arroy-Morillo.

Robbie Romeiser of Spencer Hines Properties was the agent for Direct Motors LLC’s lease of 6,000 square feet of industrial space on almost four acres of land at 565 Sims Chapel Road in Spartanburg. Lessors were John A. Freeman and Bobbie Kay Freeman.
