Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Paris Mountain Animal Hospital LLC, which leased a 3,600-square-foot retail space at University Square Shopping Center, 5000 Old Buncombe Road in Greenville, from Jack E. Shaw.

Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the purchase of 10 acres of land at North Grove Medical Park Drive. North and West Grove bought the property for $2.6 million from Spartanburg Office Associates.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the lease of 315 Carolina Drive Extension in Roebuck. Ana Gaida leased the 4,500-square-foot facility to Spartan Health LLC for $280,000.

Craig Jacobs of Spencer/Hines Properties was the agent in the lease of 5,030 square feet of retail space for $162,000 at 227 Cedar Springs Road in Spartanburg. Spartanburg Real Estate Holdings LLC leased the property from Learning Express Academy LLC.

Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Verdae Properties LLC, the landlord, in lease renewal negotiations with Michael’s Stores Inc. for a 34,577-square-foot retail space at Welcome Shopping Center, 20 Haywood Road in Greenville.

John Montgomery, Garrett Scott, Brockton Hall, Dillon Swayngim and Drake Scott of Colliers represented Startex Mill LLC in the purchase of nearly 50 acres of land on Main Street in Startex in Spartanburg County.
