Brett Wright of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented West End Investments LLC in lease renewal negotiations with Copper Penny Boutique, the tenant, for a 2,375-square-foot retail space at 18 Augusta St. in Greenville.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Riteway Food Brokers Inc. in the leasing of 2,743 square feet of retail space at 100 Verdae Blvd. in Greenville.

Kevin Pogue of Colliers represented the seller, Crystal River Holding Co. LLC, and Greyson Furnas, also of Colliers, represented the buyer, Radha Krishna Spirit LLC, in the sale of 2,000 square feet of retail space at 1025 and 1035 Fernwood Drive in Spartanburg for $1 million.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Michael Roth of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, American Security Greenville Inc. and American Services Inc. in the sale of 14,180 square feet of office space at 1300 and 1302 Rutherford Road in Greenville to Seabrook Island Road LLC.

Earle Furman Jr., Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of 5.2 acres of land at 3510 Augusta Road in Greenville.

Brian Hammond of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Palmetto Mobile Solutions LLC, in the sale of a 1,699-square-foot retail space at 453 E. Henry St. in Spartanburg to Newburg Investments LLC.

Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Priority Rental Properties LLC, in the sale of a 9,000-square-foot industrial building at 427 2nd St. in Gaffney to Solutions Services Inc.

Peter Couchell and Robert Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 46,476-suare-foot industrial building at 1604 Morgan Mill Road in Monroe, N.C.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail represented the seller, AHS Investment Holdings LLC, in the sale of a 39,500-square-foot light industrial building at 408 N. Springs Road in Columbia to the buyer, represented by Ross Kester.

Mike Tan of Spencer Hines Properties handled the lease of Unites 2 and 3 at 472 E. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg. The firm leased the 8,000 square feet of retail space from Hidden Hill Road Associates LLC.

Robbie Romeiser, Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer Hines Properties were agents for the lease by Building Blocks Counseling LLC of 713 square feet of office space at 355-C E. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg. The lessor was Carman Group Inc.
