Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Immanuel Holdings LLC in lease renewal negotiations with The Dance Shop, doing business as TDS Dance Studios, the tenant that leased a 3,600-square-foot retail space and an additional 1,200 square feet of retail space at Hillcrest Marketplace Shopping Center at 683 and 680 S.E. Main St. in Simpsonville.

Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer Hines Properties were agents in the lease of 2640 Boiling Springs Road in Boiling Springs. Wings South Properties leased the 3,000-square-foot retail space to Masters Mark Laundry Lounge.
