HOT PROPERTIES: Firm commits to Innovate building in Greenville

LLC in lease renewal negotiations with Richloom Fabrics Group Inc., the tenant, for a 1,066-square-foot office space in Suite 110 at Innovate, 148 River St. in Greenville.

Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers represented SyBanknovus  in the sale of a 3,761-square-foot retail building at 432 N. Main St. in Anderson. The buyer was Anderson Chamber of Commerce.


Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented Baker Commercial Properties LLC in the lease of 3,744 square feet of retail space at 1000 N. Pine St. in Spartanburg to Clean Laundry.


Gary Kirby, senior adviser of KDS Commercial Properties, represented land development group LDC Inc. in the sale of their last remaining 1.8 acres of frontage located on W. Butler Road in Mauldin. The buyer, Drs. Atticus and Kristen Mabry and Oasis Animal Hospital, intend to build a new veterinarian office on the parcels. McNeil Epps and Keith Jones of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyers.


Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the tenant in a lease renewal of 18,564 square feet of office space in Suite 10 at 2 W. Washington St. in Greenville from Greenville 1.1 LLC.


Spencer Hines Properties of Greenville represented Fellowship Greenville, which purchased the Simpsonville YMCA property at 100 Adams Mill Road in Simpsonville. Brian Graybill of Spencer Hines Properties represented Fellowship Greenville, and Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented the YMCA.

Steve Wunder of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 108 square feet of office space at 1 Real Estate Way, Suite B17, in Spartanburg to IMS Solutions Group.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 90 square feet of office space in Suite B13 at 1 Real Estate Way in Spartanburg to Spencer Pest Services LLC.


Hunter Garrett and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord Frontage Warehouse Partnership in a lease renewal of 40,000 square feet of industrial space in Suite B at 1428 Old Stage Road in Simpsonville to Southeastern Products Inc.


David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail represented the buyer, Lekker Holdings LLC, in the purchase of a 14,300-square-foot flex building at 220 Old Piedmont Highway in Greenville from the seller, Orion Holdings LLC.


Tyson Smoak of Pintail represented the landlord, 180 Halton Road Partners LLC, in the lease of a 13,500-square-foot building at 180 Halton Road in Greenville to the tenant, Bon Secours St. Francis System.


Mike Tan of Spencer/Hines Properties handled the sale of almost five acres of land at 2025 Howard St. in Spartanburg. Frank Ivey sold the property to Alex Bulatov.


Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the sale of 1683 and 1701 Union St. in Spartanburg. Gardens of Carolina Inc. sold the 2,500-square-foot industrial space to Clement Storage Co. LLC.


Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the sale of 199 Shore Heights Drive in Inman. The Ronald E. Scoini Trust sold the property to James Jeffrey Lawrence.
