Avison Young represented the seller of a 108,750-square-foot warehouse at 2605 Anderson Road in Greenville. Mauldin Heights Apts LLC, the seller, sold their interest in the property to Linden Hall Development LLC.

The team leased the building to 100% occupancy in 2021.

“We were pleased to be able to go full circle with Mauldin Heights on the acquisition, lease up and disposition of this warehouse property,” Howell said in a news release. “Our leasing team successfully filled the building during the pandemic with two outstanding tenants, which stabilized the building and positioned the owner for a profitable disposition.”

The property was built in 1963 and is located just off Interstate 85 near downtown Greenville. Tenants include Soft Shirts Inc., The Source Group and La Unica Supercenter.

John Montgomery, Garrett Scott, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented EastGroup Properties LP in the lease of 40,500 square feet of industrial space at 154 Tyger River Drive in Duncan to Elite Flooring.


Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented N&H Holding Company LLC in the investment sale of a 29,853-square-foot mixed-use development at Markley Station, 116 N. Markley St. in Greenville, to Dormie Equity Partners for $10,250,000.


Mark Masaschi, senior partner, and Mark Ratchford, managing partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the purchaser, Southern Eye Associates of South Carolina, in the sale of a two-acre vacant site on Mall Connector Road in Greenville. The site was purchased for the development of a class A medical building.


Elledge Willis and Jordan Skellie of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the tenant in the lease of 69,770 square feet of 260 Wilson Bridge Road in Fountain Inn. The landlord was Ae Magnolia LP.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Revitalization Associates, in the sale of a 3,300-square-foot retail space at 155 E. Broad St. in Spartanburg to Granieri Properties LLC.


Michael Roth and Sam Macfie of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Armada Acquisitions LLC, in the purchase of 17 acres of multifamily development land on Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easley.


Jimmy Wright, Geoff Beans and Jake Scott of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 100 Flatbush Avenue Trust, in leasing 2,770 square feet of retail space in Suite C at 1130 Woodruff Road, Greenville, to Hokkaido Ramen House LLC.


Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Spartan Mews Investments LLC, in leasing 900 square feet of office space in Suite 203 at 2375 E. Main St. in Spartanburg to A2 Exterminators.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail represented the buyer, What Real Estate LLC, in the purchase of a 4,556-square-foot office building at 129 Straight Drive in Anderson from the seller, Columbia Commercial Partners.


Robert Satcher Jr. of Pintail represented the landlord, AML LLC, in the lease of an 1,828-square-foot office space at 1622 E. North St. in Greenville to the tenant, SAN Quest LLC.


Grayson Atkins, Robbie Romeiser, Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents for the lease of 2,000 square feet of office space at 213-215 Magnolia St. in Spartanburg. Terra Investments Inc. leased the space to Jamia Foster, Attorney at Law.


Grayson Atkins and Lynn Spencer of Spencer/Hines Properties handled the lease of 5545 Boiling Springs Road, leased by Brian Brown to SweetCo LLC. The location includes 1,600 square feet of retail space.


Agent Craig Jacobs of Spencer/Hines Properties facilitated the lease of 3,600 square feet of retail space at 1525 Whitmire Highway. Brandon Wayne Suggs leased the property to Redina and Joshua Wilson.


Agents Guy Harris Sr., Guy Harris Jr. and Robbie Romeiser of Spencer/Hines Properties handled the lease of 1,196 square feet of office space in Unit B at 335 E. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg. Health Consultants leased the space from Caman Group Inc.
