T. Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Elle OB-GYN in leasing an 8,625-square-foot medical office space in Suite 200 at 800 Pelham Road in Greenville from North Hills Properties.

Kevin Pogue of Colliers represented the seller, Lendall Lake LLC, and Crawford Prezioso represented the buyer, Jason Edens, in the sale of 6.26 acres of land at 527 Sims Chapel Road in Spartanburg.

Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Whitaker TR LLC in the sale of 5.8 acres of land at 1 Hawkins Road in Travelers Rest to VG Travelers Rest Storage LLC for $1,482,825.

Grice Hunt, Clay Williams and Will Coker of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 99,142 square feet of industrial space at the Victor Hill Distribution Center at 1117 Victor Hill Road in Greer.

Shannon Caldwell of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Skyview Investments LLC, in leasing 1,440 square feet of retail space in Suite B at 1417 Laurens Road in Greenville  to Hometown Finance LLC.

Drew Stamm of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Advisors Insurance Co., in the purchase of a 3,900-square-foot office building at 6-8 Parkway Commons in Greer from 152 Milestone LP.

Alex Campbell and Hunter Garrett of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Perkins Enterprises LLC, in the sale of a 62,350-square-foot industrial building at 117 Joanna St. in Joanna to Carolina Shavings Inc.

Bill Sims, Will Freeman and Gabe Blevins of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, RSD West Columbia LLC, in the purchase of a 10,125-square-foot retail building at 1210 Charleston Highway in West Columbia from Columbia Building LLC.

Robert Schmidt and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment service division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 3,356-square-foot AFC Urgent Care in Greenville.

Guy Harris Sr. of Spencer Hines Properties was the agent for a lease of Units A, B and C at 1 E. Butler Road and 100 N. Main St. in Mauldin. East Butler Investments leased the retail space to iCRYO (Hygieia Partners LLC).

Robbie Romeiser, Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. were agents for Spencer Hines Properties in the lease of 349 E. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg. TGES America Ltd. Leased 3,370 square feet of office space in Unit B from Carman Group Inc.
