HOT PROPERTIES: Multi-family investment property sold in Spartanburg

Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 524 Palmetto LLC, the buyer, in the purchase of a 3,400-suare-foot multi-family property. The four-unit building on 0.26 acres at 542 Palmetto St. in Spartanburg was sold by 3545 LLC.

It was one of several recent commercial real estate deals in the Upstate. Others transactions also were reported.

Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Woodruff Market Point in the purchase of 0.87 acres of land at 1156 Woodruff Road in Greenville.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, JLM & Associates LLC, in leasing 5,980 square feet of office space in Suite 1053 at 1045-1053 Keys Drive, Greenville, to Rocket Pest Control SC LLC.

Andrew Babb and John Bauknight of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, BB 1031 LLC, in leasing 1,789 square feet of retail space located at 435 E. Main St. and 130 S. Pine St., Suite 2-C, in Spartanburg, to Smokers Club Tobacco & Vape.

Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 198 square feet of office space in Suite 206 at 736 E. Main St. in Spartanburg to East Coast Express LLC.

Katherine Fulmer of NAI Earle Furman represented landlord Spartan Mews Investments LLC in leasing 110 square feet of office space in Suite 113 at 2375 E. Main Street A-105 in Spartanburg to Practical View OT.

Brian Scurlock represented the landlord, Aston Properties Inc., in the lease of Suite 100 at 101 Verdae Boulevard in Greenville, a 1,500-square-foot retail space, to tenant Wicked Pearls LLC.

Daley Seay of Spencer/Hines was the agent for the lease of 10,000 square feet of retail space at 300 Oak Grove Road in Spartanburg. Carol’s Hope for Childhood Cancer Inc. leased the property from QCAP LLC.

Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties helped close the sale of 3,000 square feet of restaurant space at 2085 Southport Road in Spartanburg. Associated Realty Partners-Cedar Springs Road LLC sold the property to Skillet LLC.

Neal Boyett of Spencer/Hines Properties was the agent for the sale of 1,653 square feet of office space in Suite 204 at 755 Spartan Blvd. in Spartanburg. Hood Packaging bought the site from Pointe West Office LLC.
