T. Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Joe David Morris and Vicki Louise Morris who sold an event venue/studio/garage property consisting of two buildings (1,800 square feet and 2,400 square feet) on 3.61 acres at 403, 411 and 413 E. Main St. in Taylors to Benjamin Caldwell.

Harry Croxton and Pete Brett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented YMCA of Greenville, which sold 25 acres with 38,000 square feet of improvements at 100 Adams Road, to Fellowship Greenville Inc.

George Zimmerman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Thrift Group Inc. in the sale of a 6,000-square-foot industrial building on about five acres at 407 Oak Road in Piedmont to Ascendum Machinery Inc.

Greyson Furnas of Colliers represented Westdale Capital in the sale of a 12,272-square-foot office building at 334 White Horse Road in Greenville to DP3 Logistics.

Scott Burgess, MBA and Lance Byars of Colliers represented Laurens Plaza Investors LLC in the lease of 11,168 square feet of retail space at 917 Main St. in Laurens to byessencelaurens LLC.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented The Simpson Organization in the lease of 10,072 square feet of office space at 1 Independence Pointe in Greenville to ModivCare Solutions.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail represented the seller, NASI LLC, in the sale of a 5,640-square-foot medical office building at 52 Bear Drive in Greenville to the buyer, Premier Neurology Holdings LLC.

Jeff Day and Lakin Parr of Pintail represented the buyer, Track West Partners LLC, in the purchase of 1.94 acres at 1211 Highway 17 N. in North Myrtle Beach from the seller, Vereen Inc.

Agents Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties facilitated the sale of eight acres of land at 4370 Highway 9 in Boiling Springs. Roger Shealy sold the property to R Ventures LLC.

Ben Hines, Andy Hayes and Dale Seay of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the sale of 42,800 square feet of industrial space at 1201 Boiling Springs Road in Boiling Springs, which was sold by Joe P. Tutterow and Alice Tutterow to BRC Holdings LLC.

Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties were agents in the transaction of nine acres on Nicky Lane in Blacksburg. Edwin Louis Cox III bought the property from Trevor Lee Robbins.

Brad Doyle, senior adviser of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the seller in the sale of 801 Roper Creek Drive, a 3,744 square foot medical office condo in Roper Professional Park. The purchaser will use the building for a law office.

Rickey Heaton, senior adviser, and Martin Pazdan, adviser, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the tenant, Carol's Hope Thrift Stores, in the execution of the lease at 300 Oak Grove Road in Spartanburg. This will be the tenant's sixth location in the Upstate.

Micah Williams and Justin Bentley of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord, McNeeley & Associates, in the lease of 5,000 square feet of 118 Odom Road, Suite A, in Easley. The tenant was Carter Lumber of the South Inc.

Keith Jones, McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Illuminati Inc. in leasing 1,645 square feet of office space in Suite A of 9 Anderson St. in Greenville to Leadership Factoring Company LLC.
