Rusty Hamrick IV of Huff Creek Properties, the land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of 243.34 acres of land on Highway 71 in Lowndesville.

Keith Jones , McNeil Epps and Will Williamson of NAI Earle Furman represented seller Richey Place LLC in the sale of 0.74 acres of land located on Three Bridges Road in Powdersville.

Lakin Parr of Pintail represented the buyer, RR Real Property LLC, in the purchase of a 17,843-square-foot brewery and event space located at 6 Whitlee Court in Greenville from the seller, Angry Duck Holdings LLC.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail represented the buyer, HERR Properties LLC, in the purchase of a 9,778-square-foot flex building at 1007 S. Murray St. in Anderson from the seller, Katerco LLC.

Grizzly Logistics LLC bought 405 Conway Black Road in Spartanburg from Abbott Sign Co. Inc. Agents Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer Hines Properties assisted in the transaction.

Guy Harris Sr. and Guy Harris Jr. of Spencer Hines Properties were agents in the purchase of land by Watson Brothers LLC. The company bought property on South Kentucky Avenue in Chesnee from the Sandra B. Walker Trust and David Walker Trust.
