Lakin Parr and Reynolds Flowe of Pintail represented the buyer, Marc Cox, in the purchase of a 9,000-square-foot retail investment building at 165 Stone Chimney Road in Supply, N.C., from seller Stone Chimney LLC.


Frank Hammond of Colliers represented Pavilion Development Co. in the purchase of 0.93 acres of land at the Clemson Publix shopping center.


Taylor Allen, Brandley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Trident Pacific in the sale of two office buildings with a combined 144,000 square feet at 33 and 37 Villa Road in Greenville to Piedmont Center Holdings LLC for $7.7 million.
