• Guy Harris, Guy Harris Jr. and Craig Jacobs of Spencer Hines assisted in leasing 4260 Orchard Park Dr., Spartanburg, 32,500 square feet of industrial space, from Common Threads to Austin Industrial.
• Guy Harris, Guy Harris Jr, agents for Spencer Hines, leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at 4082 Highway 9, Boiling Springs, from Southeast Asian Foods to ANC Properties.
• Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Maria L.A. Rabeiro in the sale of a 34,000-square-foot industrial building on 4.14 acres at 1201 Union St., Spartanburg, to 1201 Union Street, LLC.
• Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Kapasi Investments LLC in the purchase of a 1,296-square-foot retail building on 0.22 acre at 368 W. Main St., Spartanburg, from Moneyline Properties LLC.
