Warhaft Group and Atlas Capital Group announced their latest tenant in the growing roster of international companies at Inland Port Greer.

A billion-dollar global company in heat transfer, separation and fluid handling solutions, Alfa Laval, will join the newly completed Class A, multi-tenant industrial hub Atlas at Inland Port Greer at 311 Genoble Road.

The secured space spans more than 25,000 square feet and is under a long-term lease. Alfa Laval’s decision to select Atlas at Inland Port Greer underscores the industrial park’s allure for industry leaders, Atlas Capital said in a news release. The site’s strategic accessibility and modern infrastructure align with Alfa Laval’s focus on the efficient deployment of cutting-edge technologies to a broad customer base, the release stated.

“We are thrilled to welcome Alfa Laval to Atlas at Inland Port Greer,”  Warren Zinn, principal of Atlas Capital Group, said in the release. “Our collaborative efforts in adapting our space to suit Alfa Laval’s needs within a rapid timeline reflects our commitment to advancing solutions and fostering industrial innovation in Greenville.”

Atlas at Inland Port Greer is a few minutes from Inland Port Greer, BMW, Interstate 85, and Greenville Spartanburg International Airport. The industrial park has expansive truck courtyards, spacious driveways, plenty of parking and numerous dock doors.

“This move is not just about expanding our service capabilities but is a strategic step toward supporting our customers in their sustainability journeys,” Ester Codina, president of Alfa Laval North America, said in the release. “Atlas at Inland Port Greer offers us a unique opportunity to efficiently serve our diverse customer base.”

Alfa Laval is active in areas of energy, marine and food and water, offering products and services to a wide range of industries in nearly 100 countries. The company is dedicated to purifying, refining and reusing materials, promoting more responsible use of natural resources, the release said.

With more than 20,000 employees, Alfa Laval’s annual sales in 2022 were $5.12 billion. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
