Bobby Lyons and Luke Lyons of Lyons Industrial Properties represented Suminoe Textiles of America in the sublease of an industrial warehouse facility — about 208,000 square feet of space — at 805 Victory Trail Road in Gaffney.

John Stathakis II and Scott Jones of NAI Earle Furman represented seller Robo Investments LLC in the sale of a 3,000-square-foot office located at 3029 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors to 3029 Wade Hampton LLC.
