Arcpoint Labs launched its franchising program in 2006 and built a national network of 100 locations in less than a decade, according to a news release. Their lab franchises serve communities through a physical lab and customized testing programs.

Arcpoint labs offers solutions for employers, home testing options, legal and judicial solutions, and testing services for physicians. Services include DNA testing; detection of steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs or alcohol; corporate wellness programs; employment/background checks; and COVID-19 and COVID-19 antibody testing.

“NAI Earle Furman has been an essential player in keeping our real estate process smooth and efficient,” Ashley Wells, franchise development coordinator for Arcpoint Labs, said in the release. “They have been a tremendous help with streamlining and improving our plan for growth along with helping our franchisees move through the process.”

NAI Earle Furman’s franchise real estate services division provides outsourced real estate services to franchisors and their franchisees. The team helps clients source locations, execute leases, prepare for openings and navigate the real estate process, the release said. The division averages one new transaction a week in 30 states and Canada, according to the release.

“As our firm continues to grow to meet the commercial real estate needs of our community, we are thrilled to offer this service to a local Greenville company like Arcpoint Labs,” Jon Good, CEO and broker-in-charge of NAI Earle Furman, said in the release.
