Colliers South Carolina promoted Hannah Wahnon to marketing coordinator in the firm’s Spartanburg office. She has worked at Colliers since 2019. McCoy Wright CRE hired Garrison Smith as junior associate. Smith recently graduated from Clemson University. Catherine Johnston has been promoted to vice president of human resources at OTO Development. Johnson has been the company’s director of human resources since 2017. Coldwell Banker Caine hired Linda O’Brien as a residential agent at its Greenville office. She has more than 20 years of sales and management experience in the communications industry.

SmithBerkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner Realtors announced that broker-in-charge Donna Smith was awarded the Order of the Palmetto, South Carolina’s highest civilian honor presented in recognition of a lifetime of extraordinary achievement, service and contributions.

ClarkThomas & Hutton announced that Joe Clark completed the landscape architect registration examination and is a newly registered professional landscape architect in the state of South Carolina. Clark joined Thomas & Hutton’s Charleston landscape architecture department in 2017 and relocated to the Greenville office in 2019.

McClain, Garcia, WindsorVantagePoint Marketing hired Brianna McClain as content specialist, Rebecca Garcia as account executive and Shelley Windsor as account manager. McClain has experience in communications, social media marketing and project management.
