  • Mark Ratchford and Mark Masaschi, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the Frazee Dream Center in the sale of the church facility at 37 Pinckney St. in Greenville. The property was purchased by a church with plans to renovate the exterior of the building.
  • Mark Ratchford, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the purchaser/buyer, the Frazee Center, in the acquisition of the former Zion Hill Baptist Church located at 2115 Anderson Road in Greenville.
  • Garrett Scott and Brockton Hall, of Colliers International, represented Tristone Flowtech Group in the lease of the 215,000-square-foot industrial build-to-suit on Manufacturers Boulevard in Mooresville, N.C. from Suncap Property Group.
  • Tom Daniel, Scott Jones and John Stathakis II, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Bonaventure I & II LLC and Four Plus Bonaventure LLC, in leasing a 2,579-square-foot office space at 124 Verdae Blvd. to Pro Mach Inc.
  • Keith Jones and McNeill Epps, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Oaktree Medical Center, P. South Carolina Professional Corp., in leasing a 3,150-square-foot office property at 126 Milestone Way to Gandaria Milestone LLC.
