• Chris Harrison, Cole Morris and Kevin Pogue, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Lynbar LLC, in leasing a 3,067-square-foot office property at 736 Saluda Lake Road to Sunshine Place Properties.
• Hunter Garrett, Alex Campbell and John Staunton, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlords, WWG-Flex LLC and 510 Airport Road LLC, in leasing a 26,661-square-foot office space at Haywood Ridge Flex Park in Greenville to Pomeroy IT Solutions Sales Co. Inc.
• Guy Harris and Craig Jacobs, of Spencer/Hones Properties, facilitated the lease of 2,500 square feet of retail space at 4082 Highway 9 in Boiling Springs between the lessee Thiphaven Intharong and lessor ANCP Properties LLC.
• Lynn Spencer, of Spencer/Hines Properties, facilitated the sale of 5,428 square feet of space at 9020 Fairforest Road in Spartanburg. The buyer was Saad Resources and the seller was John Cart Family Partnership.
