  • Brad Doyle, of KDS Properties, represented Stoneledge Properties in the purchase of its 3,000-square-foot headquarters and design center at 105A Regency Commons Blvd.
  • Dillon Swayngim and Adam Padgett, of Lyons Industrial Properties, facilitated the lease of 9,000 square feet of flex space at 1506 Old Georgia Highway in Gaffney, between Superior Bag Manufacturing Co. LLC (Lessee) and Midway Industrial Park LLC (Lessor).
  • Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Wells Fargo Bank NA in the sale of a 2,782-square-foot retail building on 0.776 acre at 461 The Parkway in Greer, to Michael A. Twitchell.
  • Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Parks McLeod, of NAI Earle Furman, represented Felton Family Partnership LLC in the purchase of a 12,000-square-foot industrial space at 167 Verdin Road in Greenville, from Len Zimmerman LLC.
  • Hunter Garrett, John Staunton and Parks McLeod, of NAI Earle Furman, represented Peden Properties LP in the sale of a 41,000-square-foot industrial property at 910 Fork Shoals Road  in Greenville to MMR Constructors Inc.
