• Lakin Parr, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented Phillip C. Cahaly in the sale of an approximately 7,600-square-foot building on approximately .94 acres at 7530 White Horse Road in Greenville.
• Jeff Day, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the Echo Ridge Venture LLC in the purchase of approximately 4.11 acres at 3325 and 3337 Brushy Creek Road as well as 4.94 acres at 3331 Brushy Creek Road, all in Greer.
• Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Bobby Joe and Susan H. Barbre in the sale of 3.6 acres at McCarter Road and Nash Street in Fountain Inn to James E. Cashion Jr. d/b/a JEC LLC.
