  • Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Orthodox Church of St. Philaret of New York Inc. in the purchase of 11.69 acres at 4612-4640 S.C. Highway 101 in Woodruff, from Paul Vance Littlefield and Patricia S. Littlefield.
  • Jeff Day of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Falcon Real Estate Development, in the purchase of approximately 21 acres at 3896 Laurens Road in Greenville. Falcon Real Estate Development is developing the unimproved parcel into an 82-unit townhome development for Sabal Homes, which will break ground in 2019.
  • Frank Hammond of Colliers International represented Excess Space Retail Services Inc. in the lease of 4,664 square feet of office space at 3227 Augusta Road in Greenville to Beauty Mart.
  • Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall, Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, of Colliers International, represented Dietz & Watson Inc. in the sale of 11 Task Industrial Court in Greenville for $610,000 to Palmetto State Glass Inc.
  • Gary Kirby of KDS Commercial Properties represented St. John of the Ladder Church in the leasing of its property at 701 Augusta Arbor Way in Piedmont. The 6,270-square foot facility has been leased to the Donaldson Church of God.
