  • Lakin Parr and Tyson Smoak, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the seller, A&M Holdings LLC, in the sale of a 5,943-square-foot building at 50 Bear Drive in Greenville. Therapy 360 was the buyer.
  • Lakin Parr and Tyson Smoak, of Pintail Capital Partners, represented the landlord, A&M Holdings LLC, in the lease of a 5,673-square-foot building at 52 Bear Drive in Greenville to Compass Pain Care.
  • Brad Doyle and Mark Ratchford, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the owners in the leasing of a 4,500-square-foot office building at 610 N. Main St. in Greenville.
  • Rick Cauthen, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Renaissance Exchange LLC in the sale of a 1,800-square-foot office building at 114 Renaissance Circle in Mauldin to Sajjad and Fariha LLC, represented by Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine.
  • Andy Hayes and Ben Hines, of Spencer Hines Properties, facilitated the lease of a 1,000-sqaure-foot retail space at 464 E. Main St. in Spartanburg between the lessee, Three Stitches Needlepoint, and the lessor, Mabco Investments.
