Colliers International South Carolina’s office brokerage team of Brantley Anderson, Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison represented the landlord, US REIF ICP South Carolina LLC, in the lease of 14,215 square feet at 1 Independence Point in Greenville to Vectrus Inc. Vectrus is a global infrastructure, IT and logistics support services company founded in 1945 as a division of ITT. Today, Vectrus is an independent company delivering service for facilities, supply chains, information technology networks and converged infrastructures. Independence Corporate Park includes seven Class A office buildings with about 300,000 square feet of space. Several buildings were recently renovated to include updated lobby areas.


Mike Tan and Robbie Romeiser, agents for Spencer Hines Properties, handled the lease of 2,432 square feet of office space at 1011 Tiger Blvd., Clemson, from Steven McKeown to Life Strides Physical Therapy.


Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer announced the sale of 40 Concourse Way in Greer. Consor Engineering purchased the 7,000-square-foot office building from RealOp Investments for $775,000 as a new location for their offices. Kyle Berdugo, Laura Harmon and Richard Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.


Avison Young commercial real estate said that James McKay, John Odom and Rakan Draz represented UpstateSCIce LLC, doing business as Rita's Italian Ice, in leasing 2,000 square feet of retail space at 409 Mills Ave. in Greenville.


Avison Young reported that Rakan Draz, John Odom and James McKay represented Silver Moon Development LLC in leasing 900 square feet of retail space at 1235 Pendleton St., Greenville, to Design Remedy LLC.


Larry Webb, KDS Commercial Properties senior advisor, represented City Lights LLC in leasing 720 square feet of retail space at 133 Cleveland St. in Greenville.


Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented The Kinetic Group, which leased about 4,500 square feet of industrial space at 390 Mount Pleasant Rd., Suite B, Spartanburg, to Humble Bee Staging.


Sammy DuBose, Pete Brett, David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Alice Manufacturing Co, Inc., which sold a 10,000-square-foot office building on 1.7 acres at 200 E. First Ave., Easley. The purchaser was DVP of Easley LLC.
