200 E. Broad St., GreenvilleDavid Sigmon and Nicholas Sardone of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 200 East Broad LLC, the landlord, in leasing 7,104 square feet of office space at 200 E. Broad St., Ground Floor, Greenville, to Clear Choice Management Services Inc.


Gary Kirby, KDS Commercial Properties adviser and industrial specialist, represented seller Stud Dawg LLC in the sale of a multi-tenant retail property at 755 John B. White Blvd. in Spartanburg.


Matt Vanvick and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Conversion Labs, which leased 5,084 square feet of office space at 651 Brookfield Parkway, Suite 350, in Greenville from Front Street-Brookfield LLC.

Avison Young commercial real estate is reported that John Odom, Gary Lyons and Rakan Draz represented 2027 Land & Development LLC in the sale of an 18,000-square-foot retail center at 922 E. Main St., Laurens, to 922 East Main Street LLC for $1,860,000.


Brantley Anderson, Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison of Colliers International represented Carter PC in the leasing of 1,791 square feet of office space at 220 N. Main St. in Greenville.
