Brad Doyle, senior advisor and office specialist for KDS Commercial Properties, represented seller Dr. Jeff Summers in the sale of his former building at 4501 Old Spartanburg Road in Taylors. It was purchased by Gather Hands Enterprises LLC and will be home to Grove Counseling LLC.  Owners Ron and Laura Shepard plan extensive renovations to prepare the building for the mental health practice in the spring.
