Ned Reynolds and Chris Prince of Avison Young represented the seller, Hearsay Properties LLC, in the sale of an 8,409-square-foot office building located at 301 Rutherford St. in Greenville  to Rutherford Holdings LLC for $2.1 million.

Rick Cauthen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Thomas K.F. Wong and Vivian A. Wong, who sold 48.25 acres on Pennell Road in Anderson, to 360-23 LLC.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented NWH Properties LP in the sale of 140.25 acres of land on Augusta Road in Piedmont to SunCap Property Group.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented First Citizens Bank & Trust in the sale of 70 acres of land on Ferry Road in Gaffney to Cherokee Real Estate Partners LLC.

Bob Ashworth of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the seller, Peden Realty LLC, in the sale of their 3,500-square-foot restaurant building at 107 S. Main St. in Greer. The purchaser, JR Sunrise Properties LLC, was represented by Flagship SC Properties LLC.

AnchorTyler Whims of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer, Enoree Farms Group LLC in the purchase of 80.83 acres of land located at Godfrey Town Road and Parsons Road in Woodruff.

Tyler Whims of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller, DD Farms LLC, in the sale of a 110-acre property at Cedar Shoals Church Road and Cross Anchor Road in Enoree to GT Frontier LLC.

John Easterling of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Colonial Trust Company, in the sale of a 7.25-acre property at 0 N. Blackstock Road in Spartanburg to Happy Way Trucking LLC.

T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 4 Howard Creek LLC in leasing a 2,027-square-foot retail space at 4 Howard Creek Drive, Suite B, Fountain Inn, to Grace Upper Cervical LLC.

Rusty Hamrick of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, facilitated the transaction of a 294.45-acre property located in Fork Shoals to Coffee Investments LLC.

Grice Hunt, Clay Williams and Will Coker of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing a 12,103-square-foot industrial space in Greenville.

Earle Furman of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, The Kirkland Co. LLC, in leasing a 2,070-square-foot office space at 718 S. Main St. in Greenville to Satchel Construction LLC.

Steve Wunder of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, IP Abernathy LLC, in the purchase of 1.5-acre property located at 8149 and 8161 Warren H. Abernathy Highway in Spartanburg from Kay Family Investments.

Ted Lyerly of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 1 South Main LLC, in the renewal of 2,040 square feet of retail space located at 15 S. Main Street, Suite 6, Greenville, to Sully's Bagel & Deli, a South Carolina limited liability company.

David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, The Brass Bee Salon and Boutique LLC in the lease of 2,190 square feet of retail space at 407 Augusta St. in Greenville from landlord Claussen Ave. Investors LLC.

Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, DEP Properties, in the lease of a 2,400-square-foot retail space at 16 N. Main St. in Greenville to tenant Spartina 449.

Spencer/Hines Properties handled the sale of about three-quarters of an acre of land at 15 and 17 E. Stone Ave., Greenville. Zach Hines and Cameron Smith of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the buyer as well as the seller during this $1,560,000 transaction. The new owner plans to redevelop the property into multi-tenant retail, restaurant and office space.
