Spencer/Hines Properties handled the sale of about three-quarters of an acre of land at 15 and 17 E. Stone Ave., Greenville. Zach Hines and Cameron Smith of Spencer/Hines Properties represented the buyer as well as the seller during this $1,560,000 transaction. The new owner plans to redevelop the property into multi-tenant retail, restaurant and office space.
