Andrew Harrill of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the seller, David L. Thomas, in the sale of 2,750 square feet of space at 23 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Greenville. The purchaser was Palmetto Properties of SC LLC.

Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers represented the landlord, East Butler Investments LLC, and the tenant, One Wireless Solution LP, in the lease of 2,074 square feet of retail space at 101 N. Main St. in Mauldin.

Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley, Chad Stepp and Andrew Harrill of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the seller, Jose and Jayne Ferrer in the sale of 3,975 square feet at 3598 W. Blue Ridge Drive in Greenville. The purchaser was Cell Tech Inc.

Garrett Scott,  John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development Inc. in the purchase of 76.79 acres of land on Falling Creek Road in Spartanburg.

Adam Padgett and Matt Roos of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the landlord, MDR Brookfield LLC in the renewal of 4,046 square feet in Suite E at 48 Brookfield Oaks Drive in Greenville. The tenant was Schindler Elevator Corp.

Brad Doyle, senior adviser with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented the 27 North Georgia LLC in selling its 26,000-square-foot warehouse building and associated acreage at 27 N. Georgia Ave. in Greenville.

Mark Ratchford, managing partner at KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented Dr. Matt Andrews in the lease of a 3,150-square-foot medical office space at 155 Halton Village Circle in Greenville. The space will be used for an endodontics medical office.

Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, RPG Development LLC, in the sale of a 6,050 square feet of office investment property at 290 Enterprise Drive in Easley to NV LLC.

Drew Stamm of NAI Earle Furman and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 29-unit investment portfolio at 910 A. Davis St. in Gastonia, N.C.

Knox Duncan of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Orange Frontier LLC, in the purchase of a 3.45-acre investment property at 101 Control Drive in Anderson.

Anderson Drake of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Mordeci Mountain LLC, in the purchase of a 119-acre property on Franklin Finley Road in Easley.

Ted Lyerly of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Hotzfam LLC, in the sale of a 1.96-acre shopping center at 1818 Augusta St. in Greenville to Augusta Village Greenville Retail LLC.

John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller and buyer in the sale of 11.93 acres on Lakeshore Drive in Fair Play.

Peter Couchell and Rob Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment services/capital markets division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer of a newly constructed 10,640-square-foot Dollar General at 408 W. Georgia Road in Simpsonville.

Ellice Niedrach of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, CHASS Holdings LLC, in the purchase of a 4,800-square-foot industrial investment property at 760 E. Main St., Laurens, from James J. Manning and Richard Allen Tumblin. 

Bryan Kingrey of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, Dark Opps LLC, in the purchase of a 4,900-square-foot retail investment property at 1012 Whitehall Road in Anderson from Thomas and Ruth Davis.

Tyler Whims of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of a 23.67-acre investment property on Highway 101 in Woodruff to S.C. State Ports Authority.

Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, JPM Investments LLC, in the sale of a 3,600-square-foot office building at 916 E. Washington St. in Greenville. Drew Stamm of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, 916 E Washington LLC, in the sale.
