Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers represented the landlord, East Butler Investments LLC, and the tenant, One Wireless Solution LP, in the lease of 2,074 square feet of retail space at 101 N. Main St. in Mauldin.

Blue Ridge Drive in Greenville. The purchaser was Cell Tech Inc.


Garrett Scott,  John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development Inc. in the purchase of 76.79 acres of land on Falling Creek Road in Spartanburg.

The tenant was Schindler Elevator Corp.


Brad Doyle, senior adviser with KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented the 27 North Georgia LLC in selling its 26,000-square-foot warehouse building and associated acreage at 27 N. Georgia Ave. in Greenville.


Mark Ratchford, managing partner at KDS Commercial Properties LLC, represented Dr. Matt Andrews in the lease of a 3,150-square-foot medical office space at 155 Halton Village Circle in Greenville. The space will be used for an endodontics medical office.


Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, RPG Development LLC, in the sale of a 6,050 square feet of office investment property at 290 Enterprise Drive in Easley to NV LLC.


Drew Stamm of NAI Earle Furman and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 29-unit investment portfolio at 910 A. Davis St. in Gastonia, N.C.
