Mark Ratchford, managing partner of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Dr. Matt Andrews in the lease of a 3,150-square-foot medical office space at 155 Halton Village Circle in Greenville. The space will be used for an endodontics medical office. Other recent commercial real estate transactions include:

Rick Cauthen of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Fairforest of Greenville LLC which sold 1.6 acres at Greenville’s Global Business Park, Fairforest Way, to Caldwell Properties LLC.

Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented BPV LLC, the seller in a transaction for 16.13 acres at 100 and 101 War Birds Blvd. and 101 Apelquist Lane in Spartanburg to KSPA DEV LLC.

Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Industrial Supply QOZB LLC in the purchase of 19,351 square feet of industrial/retail buildings on a little more than one acre at 213-225 W. Main St. in Clinton from LWC Properties LLC.

Brad Doyle, senior adviser of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the 27 N Georgia LLC in selling its 26,000-square-foot warehouse building and associated acreage at 27 N. Georgia Ave. in Greenville.

Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley and Chad Stepp of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented the purchaser, 585 Cross Creek LLC, in the purchase of just under 74 acres of land at 613 S. Main St. in Jefferson. The seller was R4 Crop.

Darath Mackie and Nick Quigley of Lee & Associates Greenville/Spartanburg represented Omega Construction Inc., the tenant that leased 2,645 square feet in Suite 205 at 750 Executive Center Drive in Greenville. The landlord is Park 37 Owner LLC.

Earle Furman of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Camperdown Company Inc, in leasing a 10,000-square-foot industrial property at 40 Commerce Center in Greenville.

Alex Campbell of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Greenville Business Center LLC, in leasing a 3,750-square-foot industrial space in Suites A and B at 161 Johns Road in Greer to Davko Express Inc.

John D. Gray Jr. of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Daniel Jones III, in leasing a 2,460-square-foot office space at 904 E. Washington St. in Greenville to NLR Solar LLC.

Drew Stamm of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, 357 Woodruff LLC, in the purchase of a 4,700-square-foot medical office building at 619 S.E. Main St. in Simpsonville from CCW Properties LLC.

Anderson Drake of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of 46.93 acres of land at 00 Highway 11 in Landrum to Karl Haslinger.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, 3X5K LLC, in the lease of a 4,100-square-foot flex space at 30 Boland Court in Greenville to tenant Dugick Rentals LLC.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, San Miguel Property Management, in the lease of a 9,600-square-foot office space at 1122 S. Main Street in Greenville to tenant ChargePoint Inc.

Wilson Kibler Senior Brokerage Associate Scott Snedigar represented the buyer in the purchase of 1775 Rutherford Road in Greenville. The 10,190-square-foot flex building will be home to All Outdoors, a full-service landscaping company that offers lawn care and maintenance, turf care, fertilization weed control and hardscapes/landscape projects.
