The landlord was ROIB 385 Greenville LLC.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development in the purchase of three parcels totaling 67.74 acres of land at Highway 110 and Cannons Campground Road in Cowpens.


Kevin Pogue of Colliers represented Broad River Ventures LLC in the sale of 52 acres of land on Blackstock Road in Pauline to Brad Liles.

Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Upstate Soft Goods Inc., doing business as Wheaton Whaley Home, which was the tenant leasing  2,438 square feet of office space at Highland Business Park, 355 Woodruff Road, Suites 401 and 402, in Greenville, from Gower Corp., doing business as Blue Ridge Corp.


Geoff Beans and Jake Scott of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 1,420 square feet of retail space in Suite F at 1618 Woodruff Road in Greenville. to FennHaul LLC, doing business as Children's Art Classes.


John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Ratner Sunset LLC, in leasing 1,250 square feet of retail space in Suite D at 1815 E. Greenville St. in Anderson to The Barkery Bistro.


Ross Kester of Pintail represented the buyer, Nutmeg Realty LLC, in the purchase of a 12,350-square-foot medical office building located at 312 Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville. The seller was Parkside Properties HBR LLC.


Ben Hines and Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties facilitated the sale of 10.3 acres of land at 12924 E. Wade Hampton Blvd. True Life Tabernacle Inc. bought the property from William Judson Nuefeld, trustee.


Mike Tanbonliong of Spencer/Hines Properties was the agent in the lease of an acre of industrial property at 805 WO Ezell Blvd., Spartanburg. Modern Automotive LLC leased the property to Greer 29 Associates LLC.


Spencer/Hines Properties-Greenville LLC announced the recent $1,700,000 sale of the Guest & Brady Attorneys At Law office at 1560 Wade Hampton Blvd., Greenville. Zach Hines and Cameron Smith of Spencer/Hines Properties-Greenville represented the sellers in this transaction. The property features a 4,800-square-foot building on just over a half-acre of land on a corner lot. Guest & Brady Attorneys At Law are relocating to a new facility mid-summer, the announcement said.
