Greenville Technical College administrators expect to welcome students back in the fall, some in person, others online. Those who prefer face-to-face classes will have plenty to choose, according to a news release, and those more comfortable with online and hybrid formats will also have options.

Fall semester classes will begin as scheduled on Aug. 24, the news release said.

Until then, the school moved summer classes online, with programs that require extensive hands-on skill building to start the summer online and meeting face-to-face in later weeks, the release said. While college offices remain closed, services are available online, and by phone and email. Summer classes begin Friday.

Adventure TECH summer camps have also moved online. Camps in the areas of culinary, animal care, and game and app design are expected to be offered virtually with real-time personalized instruction, the release said. This is the third year that Adventure TECH summer camps are being offered to middle schoolers to introduce students to career pathways. The virtual camps will be held in July with details available soon.
