GREENVILLE — Big ‘O’ Dodge is proud to support the American Heart Association, the world’s leading nonprofit organization focused on heart and brain health for all, for the third consecutive year through Life Is Why™, a cause marketing campaign benefitting the American Heart Association. Life Is Why inspires consumers to celebrate their reasons to live healthier, longer lives – by giving.

“As a survivor myself, and a part of a family who have personally experienced the impacts of heart disease, we at Big ‘O’ Dodge recognize the impact of the American Heart Association’s mission. Giving back is not just a choice but a heartfelt commitment for our company,” said Kyle Odum, Vice President at Big ‘O’ Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.

Through the month of December, Big ‘O’ Dodge will provide shoppers the opportunity to donate in a quick and easy way to support the mission of the American Heart Association. For every car sold during this month, Big ‘O’ Dodge will donate $100 to the local American Heart Association here in the Upstate. The company began its support of the Association through Life is Why in 2021 and has persisted in its commitment to support the mission of the American Heart Association in being a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.

“My family and I understand the importance of supporting the American Heart Association in their relentless pursuit of longer, healthier lives for all. Our decision to contribute is fueled by the belief that every effort counts in the fight against heart disease and stroke. By giving back, we are not only investing in the well-being of our community but also joining a movement that empowers survivors like myself and countless others. It’s a way for us to share hope, inspire change, and be a part of a cause that resonates deeply with our own journey.”

Donations through the Life is Why campaign – no matter the amount – allow the Association to implement initiatives such as:
• Fund research that can improve the health outcomes of heart and stroke patients;
• Train more than 2.5 million high school students in CPR annually;
• Support the work of local entrepreneurs and organizations working to improve health outcomes in under-resourced communities.
