Stems & Skins welcomes Tank Jackson of Holy City Hogs to the North Charleston wine bar on Saturday, April 20. Beginning at 4 p.m., Tank will serve up a whole heritage hog as well as all the sides and fixins’ you’ll need. Plus, Matt Tunstall, co-owner and beverage director of Stems & Skins, will be pouring his white wine picks from Alsace with go perfectly with smoke and heat.
