Greenville chamber adds HR services for members

The Greenville Chamber of Commerce has partnered with The Hayes Approach to offer InstantHR, a digital human resources platform designed for small businesses. This offering is provided to Greenville chamber Investors as part of the Value-Add Partner Program, which helps businesses save on critical business products and services by providing discounts only available to chamber investors, according to a news release.

The InstantHR platform provides small businesses with resources such as toolkits, templates, instructional videos, as well as regular updates and personalized assistance, the release said.

 “The Greenville chamber is dedicated to creating innovative solutions to challenges our small businesses are facing and InstantHR aligns perfectly with this mission,” said Carlos Phillips, CEO and president of the Greenville chamber, in the release. “InstantHR gives small businesses access to the same quality services as other larger companies and it will help them save time and money, both of which are extremely valuable.”

The Hayes Approach was selected following a request for proposals and interview process.

The Greenville chamber’s Value-Add Program provides solutions to help Investors with the cost of doing business. The chamber negotiates group buying power programs to provide a return on investment for the products and services Investors need the most. Other services include workers’ compensation insurance, health insurance, office supplies and corporate training programs, according to the release.
