J. Davis Construction breaks ground on new headquarters

J. Davis Construction has broken ground in Anderson for the building of the company’s new corporate headquarters.

The new 11,000-square-foot facility, to be located at 109 Nunnally Road off I-85, Exit 14, will become the showroom for J. Davis Construction, as well as the new home for many of the company’s current employees, according to a news release. The company also has an office in Westminster.

“This project has been a long time coming and we could not be more excited to have it begin,” said Joel Davis, president and owner, in the release. “We are thrilled to be a part of the Anderson business community and to highlight our new facilities which will feature not only our beginnings, but our future as well.”

The facility is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2019.

“J. Davis Construction is a world class organization,” said Rusty Burns, Anderson County administrator, in the release. “We are honored and delighted they call Anderson County home. We appreciate their strong efforts in supporting our economic endeavors.”
