  • Rick Cauthen, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented LAM Family LP in the purchase of a 3,744-square-foot Bojangles restaurant on 4.5 acres at 7239 Moorefield Memorial Highway in Liberty, from SC Liberty Hwy. 178 LLC.
  • Tim Satterfield, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, represented Timothy D.  Lankford in the purchase of two lots on Venture Boulevard in Spartanburg, from Roger D. Allison and Jerry W. Sisk.
  • Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, of Colliers International, represented Flagship Healthcare Properties LLC in the lease of office space at 10 Enterprise Blvd. in Greenville, to Upstate Surgery Center LLC.
  • Jimmy Wright, Ted Lyerly and Kaki Mac Lain, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the landlord, Pete McDonald, in the sale of a 17,028-square-foot retail space at 2854 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors. Hunter Garrett and John Staunton, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the purchaser, Pintail Properties of the Carolinas.
  • Stuart Smith, Steve Wunder and James Dennis, of NAI Earle Furman, represented the First Reliance Bank in the sale of a 4,000-square-foot retail property at 1824 E. Main St. in Spartanburg to Shilpa Patel.
  • Rakan Draz and John Odom, of Avison Young commercial real estate, represented Outback Properties LLC in the leasing of approximately 1,250 square feet of retail space at 1288 Pendleton Street in Greenville, to Joseph Bradley Studio LLC.
