101 Pelham CommonsGrayson Burgess and Daniel Casillas with The Burgess Co. leased 2,107 square feet of office space at 101 Pelham Commons Blvd, Greenville, for the landlord, ETyCam Investments LLC. Brad Doyle with KDS Commercial Properties LLC represented the tenant.

 

 


Representing Spencer Hines Properties, Lynn Spencer facilitated the lease of 12,000 square feet of industrial space at 94 Fairview Church Road, Spartanburg, from ARTEP to CD Ramey.


2 Butternut DriveAvison Young's Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds represented McCravy Newlor Sturkie Law Firm in the sale of a 5,200-square-foot office building at 2 Butternut Drive in Greenville for $690,000.

 


Town Homes at EvonshireRhett Craig and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young commercial real estate represented Madurai LLC, which purchased a portfolio of 10 townhomes on Evonshire Boulevard in Anderson from Infinite LLC for $1,520,000.

 


Brantley Anderson, Taylor Allen and Bailey Tollison of Colliers International represented PTRE Holdings LLC and CapCenter in the lease of 6,506 square feet of office space at 103 N. Main St. in Greenville.


Pete Brett, Savid Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Liberty Holdings III LLC, which bought a 2,400-square-foot office building at 100 Clair Drive, Piedmont, from H&K Enterprizes LLC.


Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the tenant, The Blood Connection Inc., in the lease of 4,128 square feet of space in Myrtle Beach from the landlord, Myrtle Beach Plantation PH LLC Jackrel VI LLC.
