Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Pine Street Holdings of NC LLC in the sale of a 12,510-square-foot office building on just more than one care at 217 S. Pine St., Spartanburg, to Colonial Trust Co.

Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, 3X5K LLC, in the lease of a 4,131-square-foot flex space at 32 Boland Court in Greenville to tenant Hempstead Capital LLC.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Backyard Specialty Pet Foods LLC in the leasing of 40,000 square feet of industrial space at 400 Saco Lowell Road in Easley.

Wiley North of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Marion D. Miller and Margarette B. Miller, who sold about a half acre at 183 Harris Place in Spartanburg, to Harris Place 183 LLC.

Joe Teague of Joyner Commercial represented the seller, Mr. Anderson, and buyer Anderson Ridge Development LLC in the sale of 86 acres land on Phillips McCall Road in Greer.

Bob Ashworth and Rick Hammett, both of Langston-Black Real Estate, worked to close the sale of a 10,000-square-foot flex building for owner ABA Equipment LLC, located at 175 Brookshire Road in Greer.

Grice Hunt, Clay Williams and Will Coker of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord in leasing 60,000 square feet of industrial space in Greer.

John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Ratner Sunset LLC, in leasing a 1,752-square-foot retail space at 1815 E. Greenville St., Suite A, Anderson, to Long Tran.

John Bauknight and Andrew Babb of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Denny’s Inc., in leasing a 10,200-square-foot office space at 203 E. Main St., Suite 7, Spartanburg, to EMTech LLC.

Hunter Garrett and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Easley SC Warehouse LLC, in leasing a 20,000-square-foot industrial space at 400 Saco Lowell Road, Suite C2, in Easley to Soli Organic Inc.

Keith Jones and McNeil Epps of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, 135 South Main Street LLC, in leasing a 1,925-square-foot office space at 135 S. Main St., Suites LL1 and 403, in Greenville to Table 301.
