Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Triple Rock Investments Inc., the landlord that leased a 2,500-square-foot office space at 1341 Nazareth Church Road, Spartanburg, to New Beginnings Restoration Center.

Josh Tew and Monty Todd of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, CK Anderson LLC, in the purchase of 3.5 acres on Pearman Dairy Road in Anderson from seller Broadway Capital LLC.

David Sigmon and Matt Vanvick of Pintail Capital Partners represented the seller, Zeta Partnership LLC, in the sale of Merovan Business Center and The Shops @ Merovan in Greenville to buyer SC Greenville Merovan LLC, represented by Josh Tew and Monty Todd.

Peter Couchell and Rob Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment services/capital markets division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of the newly constructed Primrose School located at 124 Milestone Way, Greer.

John Bauknight and Andrew Babb of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Airlie Inc., in the sale of a property located on Kensington Drive in Spartanurg to Kensington Court LLC.

Scott Snedigar of Wilson Kibler Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Cherokee Plaza Investors LlC, in the sale of 1,900 square feet of retail/office space at 1329 West Floyd Baker Blvd., a Cherokee Plaza outparcel, to Gucheng Investments, represented by North Group Real Estate.

Kevin Pogue of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, AO Spartanburg Holdings LLC, in the purchase of 152.71-acre property located on S. Pine Street in Spartanburg from Wiley Fork Legacy LLC.

Dallas Wright of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer, Lucas Family Farm LLC, in the purchase of a 250.2-acre property at 00 Kings Lane in Whitmire from Shore Family Holdings LLC.

Katherine Fulmer and John Easterling of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, HHR Holdings LLC, in the sale of a 5,280-square-foot office building at 391 E. Henry St. in Spartanburg to H&S Empire II LLC.

Gaffney, South Carolina: Jeff Harrell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller, Baker Blvd Realty Holdings LLC, in the sale of a 1.1-acre property at 1501 W. Floyd Baker Blvd. to Gaffney SC (1501 W Floyd Baker) LLC.

Hope Tz Schmalzl of Joyner Commercial represented the tenant, The Rebuild Co. LLC, and landlord Hucks Properties LLC in the lease of 1,715 square feet of retail space at 887 N.E. Main St., Suite B, in Simpsonville.

Garrett Scott, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Dillon Swayngim of Colliers represented Global Automotive Partners in leasing 202,104 square feet of industrial space at 15 Tyger River Road in Duncan.

Ned Reynolds and Rhett Craig of Avison Young commercial real estate represented National Land Realty LLC in leasing 3,000 square feet of office space at 7001-7005 Pelham Road in Greenville from Gerber Pelham Realty LLC.

Rhett Craig and Ned Reynolds of Avison Young represented NV LLC in the acquisition of a retail and office investment portfolio at 12019 and 12023 N. Radio Station Road in Seneca. The two multi-tenant properties, totaling 15,400 square feet, sold for $2,480,000.
