Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Verdae Properties LLC in lease renewal negotiations with H&R Block Eastern Enterprises Inc., the tenant in a 2,000-square-foot retail space at Market Place Shopping Center, 2445-B Laurens Road, Greenville.
