Glenn Batson, vice president of Spencer Hines Properties-Greenville, represented the Sanders Group LP as seller of a 30,150-square-foot multitenant industrial/flex property at 775 Woodruff Road, Greenville.

Sammy DuBose of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Verdae Properties LLC in lease renewal negotiations with H&R Block Eastern Enterprises Inc., the tenant in a 2,000-square-foot retail space at Market Place Shopping Center, 2445-B Laurens Road, Greenville.

Pete Brett and T Cox of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Wells Fargo Bank N.A., the seller, in the sale of a 3,074-square-foot retail building on 1.17 acres at 8233 Rochester Highway, Salem, to SMAR Holdings LLC.

Harry Croxton of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented 2325 College Street LLC, which purchased a 5,580-square-foot retail space at 138 and 140 S. Main St., Woodruff, from Jody O. and Diane W. Lamb.

Taylor Allen, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison of Colliers represented Parallel Financial in the purchase of a 1,950-square-foot office building at 26 Parkway Commons Way in Greer.

Scott Burgess and Lance Byars of Colliers represented Bridgeway 1 LLC in the lease of 1,454 square feet of retail space at Bridgeway Station, 1000 Bridgeway Boulevard in Mauldin to Plum Boutique.

Randall Bentley, Kevin Bentley and Chad Stepp of Lee and Associates represented the purchaser, JDNJD2 Enterprises LLC in the 8.53-acre sale of 2485-2487 John Dodd Road in Wellford.

Darath Mackie of Lee and Associates represented the landlord, MR of the Upstate LLC, in the 1,950-square-foot lease of 115-A Southport Road in Spartanburg. The tenant was Atlantic Coast Mortgage LLC.

Michael Roth of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of 18.5 acres of residential development land located on Dublin Road in Greenville. 

John Powell of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of 71.8 acres of land on Highway 81 North in Anderson to Anderson Land LLC. 

Stuart Smith of NAI Earle Furman represented seller Davenport Investments LLC in the sale of 15,100 square feet of industrial space at 9091 Asheville Highway in Boiling Springs to Congaree Bluff Farm LLC. 

Peter Couchell and Robert Schmidt of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment services/capital markets division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of a newly constructed 2,200-square-foot Starbucks located at 6328 Banner Elk Drive in Charlotte.

Robert Schmidt and Peter Couchell of Furman Capital Advisors, the investment services/capital markets division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the seller in the sale of a 39,397-square-foot multi-tenant office portfolio at 100-800 Plaza Circle in Clinton and 2541 Evans St. in Newberry.

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton of Pintail Capital Partners represented the landlord, San Miguel Property Management LLC, in the lease of a 3,346-square-foot office space at 1122 S. Main St. in downtown Greenville to ChargePoint Inc.

Lakin Parr of Pintail Capital Partners represented the buyer, Montie Desai, in the purchase of a property on Farrs Bridge Road, a 9,045-square-foot retail building in Easley, from Farrs Bridge 3711 LLC.
