The Cliffs expands homesite inventory

As remote workers and early retirees flock to scenic sites beyond booming commercial centers — but not too far — one of the Upstate’s largest luxury residential brands is adding 33 homesites to its inventory at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs, a private waterfront community near Clemson.

New homesites included in The Cliffs at The Landing’s third release range from 0.8 to five acres with some properties overlooking a waterfront or mountain view. According to a news release, The Landing is an addition of 600 acres owned by South Street Partners within The Cliffs at Keowee Springs development.

“This new collection of homesites is one of the most highly anticipated releases The Cliffs has seen in recent years,” Rob Duckett, president of The Cliffs, said in the release. “Each homesite is more than ideal — flat and buildable with stunning views. Owners will enjoy the exclusive combination of a secluded, private waterfront community paired with rich club offerings and close proximity to bustling Clemson.”

The addition has opened up the door for a future Lake Club at the landing including a grand lawn area, pools, wellness amenities and a club snack bar.

Homesites included in this release range from $225,000 to $2,795,000, according to the release.
